Metalsa Finalizes Acquisition of Dana’s Structural Products Business in Venezuela
Finally on January 2011 Metalsa has finished the acquisition process of the Structural Products Division of Dana Holding Corporation in Venezuela. Being this the last plant to be integrated into the Metalsa family.
