Family Responsible Company
The Department of Labor and Social Security of the state of Nuevo Leon in Mexico recognized Metalsa as Family Responsible Company during March. This insignia recognizes the company for being a promoter of good work practices to benefit workers and their families.
Socially Responsible Company
For the seventh consecutive year, Metalsa received the Socially Responsible Company recognition granted by the Mexican Center for Philanthropy and the Alliance for Corporate Social Responsibility in Mexico, because of the public and voluntary commitment to implement socially responsible management in the company.
Metalsa is implementing a community development program called SPARK that started in the Kentucky triangle last August and currently the program is also in Apodaca and Argentina.
