Metalsa Finalizes ISE Automotive Acquisition
On May 6th, 2013, Metalsa announced the acquisition of ISE Automotive.
This strengthens its position as a global supplier of structural components
and advances its strong operations and manufacturing capabilities,
with new processes and competencies. With 8 manufacturing facilities and
2 engineering centers; this acquisition brings Metalsa's operational footprint

Metalsa inaugurated its Innovation and Competitive Advantages Development Center (CIDeVec) with the presence of the
President of Mexico. It has state of the art technology for test development and innovative investigations of automotive
components and full vehicles.

Spark Program
Metalsa is implementing a community development program called SPARK that started in the Kentucky
triangle last August and currently the program is also in Apodaca and Argentina. This program
consists in encouraging middle and high school students to develop a professional or technical
career. With this Metalsa offers opportunity for further employment.
"SILVER" Supplier Quality Award
On September 18th, the Roanoke plant received the "SILVER" Supplier Quality Award from the Thomas Built Bus (TBB) Executive
Management Team. This is the 3rd year in a row in which the Roanoke plant receives this special recognition.
This accomplishment demonstrates the company's commitment for overall Customer Satisfaction.
Social Responsibility Award
For the fourth consecutive year, during February of 2012, Metalsa Mexico received the distintive "Empresa Socialmente Responsable" (Social Responsibility) Award.
